Amanda Nyberg is a crazy mom who finds therapy in quilting. She loves scrap quilts, pink fabric and designing her own quilts. She lives in Wisconsin with her husband and her 3 young children. Last year she made over 40 quilts!!

Amanda is the much beloved author of the blog crazymomquilts. Her use of color and innovative design is truly inspirational. She has been quilting for over nine years and has found a true passion!

Things to bring!
• 1 gallon bag of scraps for swapping!
• 10”x10” quilt blocks and similar sized backing to practice walking foot quilting(we’ll provide the
insul-brite for pot holders!)
• 12”x17” pieced or whole fabric quilt sandwiches to practice free motion quilting (bring 4-6 and you’ll end up with a set of placemats!)
• Fabric and project of your choosing
• Sewing machine(we do recommend bringing your own as you’ll learn more working with the machine you’ll use!)
• Books, patterns, scissors, rotary cutters, specialty lighting, rulers, cutting mats, and any other favorite tool you may need
