Join us for a weekend of creative sewing with Penny Layman of sewtakeahike!  Penny's innate creativity and amazing eye for color help her to create beautiful blocks and incredible quilts.

Weekend workshop for paper piecers and wannabe's!

We will be going over tips to keep you sane while paper piecing, honing your paper piecing skills, practicing varied seams, discussing fabric selection, and teaching pattern design and advanced pattern design.

When
The evening of Friday, April 20 thru the afternoon of Sunday, April 22

We will have workshops focusing on paper pieced blocks including basic block design and construction as well as a workshop on advanced block design.

Fees
$300.00 includes all workshops, Friday's dinner, and Saturday and Sunday's breakfast and lunch prepared in house by our chef.
         
$475.00 includes all of the above plus accommodations at the inn on a first come, first serve basis.

Things to bring
Sewing machine, specialty lighting, cutting mats and rotary cutters, fabric scraps and background fabrics for your blocks!

Your piecing can be taken to new heights once you learn some basic techniques.
